By accessing, browsing, or using the jilno website at jilno.bet, or by registering an account with jilno, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. • You must not already hold an active jilno account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or have voluntarily self-excluded from jilno or any other online gaming platform at the time of registration.

jilno reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilno login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. jilno supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilno does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made into your jilno account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jilno reserves the right to impose individual account limits at its discretion.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests submitted from your jilno account:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where jilno's support team explicitly approves an alternative method following account verification.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jilno platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilno shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or bonuses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, network interruptions, or force majeure events beyond jilno's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jilno platform, even if jilno has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
